BOOK-KEEPING
Rawlinson Pryde & Partners support clients book-keeping needs at all levels. This ranges from providing telephone support to clients’ in-house book-keepers to preparing the records for clients in their entirety.
This work is undertaken wherever is most convenient for clients, either at their premises or in our offices. Our staff have an intimate knowledge of many accounts packages.
With the advances in technology, we are able to provide remote accounting services by secure link to clients’ own computers This is becoming an increasingly popular trend.
All our book-keeping services are supplied by staff based in Bedford and all records are maintained under our control. We are aware that some firms are outsourcing book-keeping and accounts preparation work to remote sites, not always in the U.K. This is not something that we would support.
PAYROLL
Our dedicated payroll department offers competitive rates to those businesses that seek to outsource their payroll function. This service is usually offered on an agreed fee basis, which includes the completion of all statutory forms and communication to HM Revenue & Customs.
From April 2007, radical changes are arising in the Construction Industry Scheme rules. We are able to provide comprehensive advice in this area.
